Kyocera releases a high resolution transflective 5,7" VGA TFT
Kyocera adds another 5,7" TFT to their popular V-Series.
The new transflective VGA TFT is mechanically compatible to the other 5,7" screens in this family. This makes it easy to implement it into existing housings.
With the transflective technology, the new Kyocera THG057 is the perfect display for applications in environments with extreme lighting conditions.
For mobile applications used outdoors you have the possibility to switch off the backlight to enhance the life time of the battery.
With Kyocera's long term stable supply this display is perfect for industrial applications.
Since march 2007, the CFL-version of the display is available and will be followed by the LED-version in mid 2007.
